Key Duties & Responsibilities • Lead business and financial projects from planning through to completion., • Conduct financial analysis, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to support decision-making., • Prepare business cases, project plans, feasibility studies, and financial forecasts., • Develop and monitor budgets, financial models, KPIs, and operational reports., • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver project objectives., • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements., • Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal policies., • Prepare high-quality project documentation, presentations, and executive reports., • Support long-term business planning, investment analysis, and portfolio management., • Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve company growth and operational performance. Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Project Management, Economics, or related field., • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business project management, financial management, or strategic planning., • Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines., • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting., • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills., • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint., • Ability to work independently, manage workloads efficiently, and deliver accurate results.
