Commercially minded, data-driven, organised, and resilient. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly. Desirable: Existing relationships with NHS discharge teams, commissioners, or care distributors. Familiarity with CQC frameworks, Care Act 2014, and social care commissioning. Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
