What We’re Looking For Qualifications & Requirements • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef within high-volume events catering, boutique hospitality, or fast-paced fresh food operations., • Culinary Skill: Strong fundamental cooking techniques, understanding of British seasonal ingredients, and modern catering assembly., • Safety Certification: Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 certified (Level 3 preferred)., • Work Ethic: Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and highly organized in a production-style kitchen environment., • Flexibility: Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends and early mornings depending on event bookings. Desirable Skills • Drivers license (a plus for event setup support)., • Experience with off-site event catering assembly and logistics.
