Our Client are currently looking for an experienced Caretaker to join their team at a luxury residential development based in Richmond. Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm. Salary is £28,000 per annum. Our clients is looking to take on a Caretaker at their static residential site in Surbiton. It is a part time role of 20 hours per week (8am -12pm - 4 days) with an immediate start.
