Who we’re looking for… We’re on the hunt for a proactive and detail-driven Production Planning Assistant. This is a pivotal role that ensures our biscuits are always available, our production runs smoothly, and the range planning creates the most profitable product range aligned to our customers’ needs. If you love planning, problem-solving, and biscuits (of course), this could be the perfect role for you. What you will do… • Own and manage the end-to-end production planning process, ensuring product availability across all channels., • Plan in seasonal launches and core line updates., • Translate demand forecasts into weekly and long-term production plans at SKU level., • Align production schedules with marketing campaigns and promotional activity., • Integrate custom, wholesale, and corporate orders into the production plan with minimal disruption., • Monitor stock levels, flag slow-moving or short-dated items, and minimise waste., • Maintain data integrity across systems, including purchase orders and stock transfers., • Generate insightful reports to support planning, finance, and commercial teams., • Champion sustainability in your day-to-day work and contribute to process improvement projects. What you’ll bring… • Minimum 1 year experience in a planning role, preferably in a food environment., • Strong organisational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail., • Excellent Excel and systems proficiency., • Confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration., • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a solution-focused approach., • Enthusiasm for Biscuiteers and a love for what we do.
