The ideal candidate should have a broad range of skills across various trades to complete diverse tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
This role involves ensuring that maintenance and repair work is performed to the highest standards in commercial and residential properties. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly to repair requests and emergencies to avoid disrupting operations.
- Providing excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients about their needs and expectations.
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Working independently as well as part of a team.
A valid driving licence is required for travel between sites. Key skills and duties include:
- Carpentry: Fitting doors, shelves, and general repairs.
- Plumbing: Fixing leaks, installing fixtures, and bathroom refurbishments.
- Tiling: Wall and floor tiling.
- Plastering: Patching and minor plasterwork.
- Painting & Decorating: Interior and exterior painting.
- Minor Electrical Work: Replacing fittings.
- General Building: Assisting with refurbishments and property maintenance.
