What You’ll Do • Support the bar team with day-to-day service, • Polish glassware & dishes, keeping the bar area clean and sparkling, • Learn to prepare simple cocktails and serve with style, • Assist with wine service when needed, • Enthusiasm and a positive, can-do attitude, • Keen to learn about cocktails, wine, and hospitality, • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player, • 30 hours per week, • Sundays off + Christmas closure, • 50% discount across all our restaurants, • Employee recognition programme
