Due to the continued growth of our business and the expansion of our customer base, we are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer to strengthen our brand presence, develop community relationships and support the company's ongoing marketing and customer engagement activities. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement public relations activities to promote the company's wellness and holistic therapy services, enhance brand awareness and maintain a positive public image within the local community. 2. Prepare bilingual (English and Chinese) promotional materials and external communications, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all public-facing platforms and supporting the company's reputation and customer engagement. 3. Build and maintain relationships with local community organisations, business associations, referral partners and corporate clients by coordinating approximately 10–15 stakeholder contacts, arranging 2–3 meetings each week and following up partnership opportunities to strengthen community engagement and referral networks. 4. Organise 1–2 community engagement or promotional events each month; monitor customer feedback, online reviews and public perception; analyse market trends and prepare monthly reports with recommendations for senior management. 5. Support business development and partnership initiatives; respond to external enquiries; coordinate public communications; and ensure all external communications comply with UK advertising standards, GDPR and professional ethics. Essential Requirements -A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification; -At least one year's relevant experience in public relations, communications, customer engagement or business development; -Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; -Experience in preparing promotional materials and coordinating external communications; -Experience in maintaining relationships with customers, business partners or external stakeholders; -Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; and -A sound understanding of UK professional communication standards, including data protection (GDPR) and advertising requirements.
