Based in Dalziel Building, Motherwell, you will assist in the provision of a sales and tenant support service and be responsible for securing new leases and maintaining existing businesses within our portfolio. In order to succeed in this role you will have experience of working in both a facilities management and customer focused environment. You must be a team player and have experience in dealing with members of the public and addressing issues and problems with members of the public/customers. It is also essential that you have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to maintain schedules and documentation and an understanding of Health and Safety requirements. A current driving licence is essential.
