Products include macarons, viennoiserie, pastries, pyramids, retail items, beverages, packaging, and other stock required for daily store operations.The role is critical in ensuring stores receive deliveries on time, products are handled with care, and company standards for food safety, quality, and customer service are maintained at all times.Key Responsibilities:Deliveries & LogisticsComplete daily delivery routes to Ladurée stores across London.Load, transport, and unload stock safely and efficiently.Ensure all deliveries are completed within agreed schedules and store requirements.Deliver products in accordance with food safety and quality standards.Obtain delivery confirmations and maintain accurate delivery records.Report any delivery delays, shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.Vehicle ManagementConduct daily vehicle safety checks before commencing deliveries.Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of company vehicles.Ensure vehicles are fuelled and roadworthy at all times.Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance requirements promptly.Adhere to all road traffic laws and company driving policies.Stock HandlingAssist with loading and unloading deliveries at the warehouse and stores.Handle fragile products, including macarons and pastries, with care to prevent damage.Verify delivery quantities against delivery notes.Return any stock transfers, packaging, or documentation as required.Health & SafetyFollow all company Health & Safety procedures.Adhere to food hygiene and food safety regulations.Use appropriate manual handling techniques when moving stock.Wear the required PPE and uniform at all times.Ensure products are transported at the correct temperatures where requiredTeam SupportSupport warehouse operations during quieter delivery periods.Assist with stock organisation, warehouse housekeeping, and inventory activities.Work collaboratively with store teams and management.Represent Ladurée professionally when visiting stores and external locations.Team Support & Warehouse Operations Support warehouse operations during quieter delivery periods.Assist with loading and unloading deliveries at the warehouse and stores.Support the warehouse team with ad hoc operational activities as required by the business.Assist with receiving deliveries, checking stock, stock rotation, order picking, and preparing store orders.Support inventory counts, stock takes, and stock transfer activities.Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse and loading area.Work collaboratively with warehouse, production, and store teams to ensure smooth daily operations.Represent Ladurée professionally when visiting stores and external locations.Undertake any other reasonable duties within the warehouse, production, and logistics functions as requested by management to meet the needs of the business.Skills & ExperienceEssentialFull UK Driving Licence with no major endorsements.Previous experience in a delivery driver, courier, or logistics role.Good knowledge of London roads and routes.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Good communication and organisational skills.Physically fit and able to lift and move stock safely.Reliable, punctual, and professional.DesirableExperience delivering food products or working within hospitality, retail, or food production environments.Knowledge of food safety requirements.Experience using delivery schedules or route planning systems.Personal AttributesPositive and professional attitude.Strong attention to detail.Trustworthy and dependable.Flexible and willing to support operational needs.Takes pride in maintaining high standards.Customer-focused and solutions-oriented.Working ConditionsBased at Ladurée's North Acton Production Centre and Warehouse.Regular travel across London delivering to Ladurée stores.Early morning starts may be required to meet operational demands.Occasional weekend and bank holiday work may be required.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Deliveries completed on time.Accuracy of deliveries.Minimal product damage or wastage.Compliance with vehicle safety checks.Positive feedback from stores and operational teams.Adherence to Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.Ladurée UK reserves the right to amend this job description in line with business requirements.TPBN1_UKTJ
