This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week plus additional hours according to the needs of the business. The starting salary is £25,200, rising to £28,350 after successfully completing probation. The hours of work are 0900-1700 Monday to Friday, with participation in for Superior Healthcare’s ‘out of hours’ on-call service rota. Training Promotion * * Create campaigns to promote our complex care training services to care homes. case managers, healthcare organisations and individuals * Build awareness and drive uptake through targeted outreach, partnerships and digital channels. 5. Events & Campaigns * * Plan and run events that support business growth, brand awareness and client engagement. * Represent Superior Healthcare at industry conferences and community events. * Identify event opportunities and integrate them into the wider marketing strategy. 6. Employee Engagement & Internal Communications * * Support the Wellbeing Team in delivering internal campaigns that inform, inspire, and retain staff. * Develop and manage employee communications across digital and offline channels. * Celebrate staff success stories, share business updates, and promote a sense of belonging and purpose. * Play a key role in shaping how we communicate with and engage our carers, nurses, and office teams. 7.
