The Opportunity As we enter a new phase of growth expanding our product capabilities, developing our enterprise offering, and scaling globally, were seeking an experienced Product Marketing Lead to help shape how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a seasoned product marketer who can blend analytical insight with creative storytelling. Youll lead go-to-market strategy, influence product direction, and ensure that every feature, campaign, and customer interaction reinforces our value in the market. What Youll Do Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution • Define and lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Studio 3Ts core and emerging products, including our new enterprise solution., • Develop integrated launch plans that drive awareness, adoption, and expansion., • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure internal readiness and high-impact external execution., • Shape and manage ongoing lifecycle marketing initiatives to drive retention and growth. Messaging & Positioning • Craft differentiated, value-based messaging frameworks that clearly communicate what makes Studio 3T unique., • Translate complex technical features into compelling business outcomes for developers, team leads, and enterprise decision-makers., • Ensure consistent, competitive, and customer-centric narratives across all touch-points from product pages and collateral to demos and presentations. Customer & Market Insights • Act as the voice of the customer synthesising insights from customer feedback, usage data, and market research to inform positioning and roadmap priorities., • Conduct market, competitive, and pricing benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth., • Test and validate new product concepts (including the enterprise solution) to assess market need, feature relevance, and commercial potential., • Develop proof points, customer stories, and case studies that showcase real-world impact. Sales Enablement & Field Success • Build and deliver enablement programs that improve field confidence, messaging consistency, and win rates., • Develop and maintain sales tools, battlecards, demos, and product decks that empower Sales, CS, and Partner teams., • Collaborate with Sales and Channel partners to drive alignment and accelerate deal velocity across regions. Cross-Functional Leadership • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to bring the voice of the market into product development decisions., • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure customer feedback and insights feed into GTM strategy., • Build and evolve the Product Marketing function - establishing frameworks, processes, and best practices that scale with the business. What You Bring Experience & Expertise • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, or Commercial Enablement within B2B SaaS or developer tools., • Proven success leading product launches, driving adoption, and influencing product direction., • Strong understanding of technical audiences, developer tools, and enterprise software buying cycles., • Demonstrated experience with pricing and packaging strategy or market benchmarking.
