    Dental Receptionist – Experienced We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 5:15pm Lunch break: 1:00pm – 2:00pm The ideal candidate will be confident, organised, proactive, and passionate about providing excellent patient care. We are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail, works well within a team, and is always willing to go the extra mile to support both patients and colleagues. Key responsibilities include: • Welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner, • Managing appointments and diaries efficiently, • Handling telephone and email enquiries, • Taking payments and managing patient records accurately, • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, • Liaising with clinicians and the wider team, • Providing outstanding customer service at all times The successful candidate should: • Have previous dental reception experience, • Have excellent communication and organisational skills, • Be confident using dental software and computer systems, • Be reliable, punctual, and well presented, • Be able to work well under pressure in a busy environment, • Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn, • Work well independently and as part of a team We are looking for somebody who is caring, professional, and dedicated to creating a positive experience for every patient visiting the practice.     As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience with our services. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner., • Provide accurate information and guidance on products, services, and policies., • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary., • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our systems., • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers., • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service., • Contribute to a positive team environment and continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience. Required Skills and Experience: • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely., • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm, empathetic approach to customer interactions., • A genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding customer service., • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating various software applications., • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment., • Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
