Independent Tapas & Wine Bar | Central London We're looking for an experienced, hands on Asssistant Manager to lead our small, passionate team at our busy independent tapas and wine bar. Unlike large restaurant groups, we're an owner led business where your ideas matter, your work is recognised, and you'll have a genuine impact on the success of the venue. We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
