Bid Coordinator / Marketing Manager – Liverpool City Centre - £30 - £42k D.O.E\nForrest Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator / Marketing Manager to join a creative team of professional. Based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, in beautiful modern offices, with hybrid working available.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\n * Review project tenders via email and a portal\n * Download all documents, texts and images and collate relevant information\n * Liaise throughout with the bid’s team, contractors, and clients\n * Track updates through the portal\n * Send the completed tender to the client\n * Await feedback as to whether they have been successful\n * Help shape and develop the company’s overall marketing and visibility strategy\n * Turn ideas and messaging into clear, consistent communication across the business\n * Write and edit content including case studies, project stories, insights, and LinkedIn posts\n * Support business development by contributing to bids, proposals, and early client conversations\n * Create simple tools and content to help teams communicate effectively\n * Build and maintain a straightforward marketing system to capture stories and keep content flowing regularly\n * Work closely with teams to highlight the value and thinking behind their work\n * Plan and support small events and roundtables\nPerson Specification:\n * Excellent communication (written and verbal)\n * Highly organised and methodical\n * Ability to remain calm under pressure\n * Strong IT skills\nCompany offer excellent benefits including Life Insurance, your birthday off work and much more!\nPlease forward your CV for immediate consideration, I look forward to hearing from you.\nPlease note that due to the high volume of applications we receive, only those successfully shortlisted for the role will be personally contacted.\nFollow us on LinkedIn for updates, recruitment information, new vacancies and more
