Job Description: Legal Intern – Property Law Firm
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented and well spoken Legal Interns to join our growing property law firm. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property law while supporting our legal team. The Internship is for 2 months and upon successful completion will lead to a full time position as a Paralegal in the company. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct legal research on property law matters, including land ownership, leases, and Conveyancing transactions. - Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, deeds, lease agreements and Land Registry title plans. - Organize and maintain case files and documentation. - Support Solicitors and case handlers in providing client updates, preparing for meetings and helping clients through the process. Requirements: - Degree in Law, or currently studying/completed other appropriate legal qualification. - Strong research and analytical skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - High attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite. This internship is a stepping stone for those interested in pursuing a career in property law, offering valuable experience in a professional and collaborative environment. We aim to provide a full time role to all interns that progress with us for the 2 month internship. PLEASE NOTE:
The 2 month internship period is not a paid role, however we aim to cover reasonable travel expenses.
The paid full time role begins after successful completion of the internship.
