As a Relief Counsellor, you will provide therapeutic counselling to individuals accessing CrossReach Counselling Services. Working as part of a supportive and professional team, you will help ensure clients receive a high quality, compassionate service that supports wellbeing, resilience and personal growth. This flexible relief role allows you to contribute your professional skills within an established counselling service committed to strong clinical standards and person centred care. You will bring strong communication skills, sound professional judgement and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and ethical practice. Good IT skills are required, including the ability to use Microsoft Office and online systems to maintain accurate records.
