Connect Appointments have a new permanent opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Stirling based client. What's on offer? • A full-time permanent position, • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (3pm finish on Friday's) Working as an Office Assistant your duties will include, but not limited to: • Managing data entry, internal databases, and document storage, • Handling sales and purchase invoicing, including disputes, • Managing employee on-boarding, time-sheets, payroll, and holiday requests, • Communicating with suppliers, requesting rebates, and processing payments, • Purchasing materials, tools, stationery, PPE, and work uniforms, • Answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and sending emails to clients, • Great communication skills, both written and verbal, • Previous experience using Sage (beneficial, but not essential), • The ability to work on your own and as part of a team CAGRA
