We provide safe, inclusive, and supportive spaces for young people—particularly those who are neurodivergent or experience anxiety or mental health challenges. Role Purpose As a Volunteer Youth Worker, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where young people feel heard, valued, and empowered. You will support group sessions, activities, and informal discussions, helping young people build confidence, social skills, and resilience. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of youth sessions and activities Create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space for young people Build positive, respectful relationships with young people Encourage participation in group activities such as games, arts & crafts, or discussions Be a positive role model and offer emotional support when needed Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and CIC policies at all times Work alongside staff and other volunteers as part of a team Report any safeguarding or wellbeing concerns appropriately Skills & Qualities Friendly, patient, and approachable Passionate about supporting young people Good listening and communication skills Reliable and committed Understanding of mental health, anxiety, or neurodiversity (desirable but not essential) Willingness to learn and take part in training Requirements Aged 18 or over Willingness to complete a DBS check (enhanced, if required) Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries What We Offer Full induction and ongoing support Training opportunities (including safeguarding) Valuable experience for careers in youth work, social care, or mental health A chance to make a real difference in young people’s lives A supportive, friendly team environment

    Mixologist / Cocktail Bartender (Full-Time) We are seeking an experienced and passionate Mixologist to join our bar team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced evening service, and enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, classic drinks, and bespoke creations to a consistently high standard, • Maintain strong product knowledge across spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails, • Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging service to guests at all times, • Contribute creatively to cocktail development and seasonal menus, • Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards, • Manage service efficiently during busy evening periods, • Work collaboratively with the wider front-of-house team Requirements • Proven experience as a cocktail bartender or mixologist, • Strong understanding of classic cocktails and modern mixology techniques, • Confident, personable, and guest-focused approach, • Ability to work evenings and weekends on a full-time rota, • High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation, • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer • Full-time, stable position, • Competitive pay (dependent on experience), • Opportunity to work in a quality, well-regarded venue, • Creative input into cocktail menus, • Supportive and professional working environment If you are passionate about cocktails, hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
