We support organisations across a variety of sectors including finance, retail, telecommunications, utilities, gaming, government and insurance.\n\nWhat You'll Bring:\n\nWe're looking for an Integration Support Technical Analyst to join our growing team. \n\nWorking within a small, dedicated team of integration experts, the role supports client evaluations of TransUnion API Solutions and provides integration support and technical consultancy services to both new and existing clients. It also involves offering best‑practice advice on the implementation and testing of TransUnion API Solutions.\n\nDay to Day You'll Be:\n\n Key point of contact with both the clients technical and business teams throughout the integration process enabling the client to go live as soon as possible.\n Provide an excellent customer service which puts us ahead of our competitors for ease of integration.\n Have an excellent technical understanding of how clients can be setup and configured to best meet their requirements.\n Troubleshoot API integration related client queries to a high standard.\n Supporting product teams with product enhancements or new product initiatives.\n Build and maintain software development toolkits (SDK's) for TU API Solutions.\n Assisting the sales teams in responding to tenders / RFI's and delivering technical presentations to prospective clients (pre-sales).\n\nEssential Skills & Experience:\n\nCustomer focused.\nAble to understand products and services from a technical point of view.\nStrong communication skills; the ability to translate complex technical concepts in a way which non-technical users can understand is key.\nForward thinking with a problem solving mentality.\nAn understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (API).\nAn understanding of XML and JSON.\nStrong analytical skills.\nStrong interpersonal skills.\nGood presentation skills.\nStrong organisational and time management skills.\nUse of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.\n\nDesirable Skills & Experience:\n\nAn understanding of XML-SOAP Web Services, including WSDL/XSD, XPath and XSLT.\nAn understanding of REST services.\nA basic understanding of software development principles i.e. functions, classes and object orientation.\nA basic understanding of systems and network architecture, including secure transport protocols such as TLS.\n\nImpact You'll Make:\n\nWhat's In It For you?\nAt TransUnion you will be joining a friendly, forward thinking global business.\nAs well as an excellent salary and bonus scheme or commission scheme (if joining our sales teams) our benefits package comes with:\n\n26 days' annual leave + bank holidays (increasing with service)\nGlobal paid wellness days off + a bonus day off to celebrate your birthday\nA generous contributory pension scheme + access to the TransUnion Employee Stock Purchase Plan\nPrivate health care + a variety of physical, mental and financial fitness wellbeing programmes such as access to mindfulness tools\nAccess to our diversity forums and communities so you can get involved in causes close to your heart\n\nTransUnion - a place to grow: \nIf there's something on the list of essential / desirable skills that you can't quite tick off, don't let that put you off applying.
