UX Developer Location: Peterborough (2 days/week preferred) or remote Salary: £32,000–£35,000 Are you a skilled front-end developer with a passion for CRO and user experience ? We're looking for a mid-level UX Developer to join our digital optimisation team and help us improve our customer journeys through rapid experimentation. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll write “hacky” A/B and multivariate test code to manipulate live pages—not production code—enabling the team to test ideas quickly and validate improvements before handing successful experiments to the production team. What You'll Do Build and implement A/B and MVT test code using JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, and CSS . Manipulate live pages to run rapid experiments aligned with CRO and digital strategy. Ensure test builds work reliably across browsers and devices. Analyse experiment outcomes to identify statistically significant results. Work closely with UX, Optimisation, and Digital teams to improve customer experiences. Contribute to the ideation and execution of digital journeys and optimisation tests. Handoff successful tests to production teams for implementation. What We're Looking For Mid-level front-end developer (bridging junior and senior experience). Strong skills in JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, CSS/SCSS . Experience with CRO, A/B testing, or digital experimentation is highly desirable. Logical, structured thinker with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams. Understanding of web accessibility standards is a plus.
