Quality Controller – Food Production Colchester 4 day on 4 day off £15 PH We are looking for experienced Quality Controllers with a background in Food Manufacturing, Food Processing or Fresh Produce Key Responsibilities Carry out quality checks on products throughout the production and packing process. Identify and remove sub-standard, damaged or out of specification products. Accurately complete quality control sheets, production records and other relevant documentation. Record quality issues clearly and report any concerns to the relevant Supervisor or Manager. Follow all food safety, hygiene and company procedures. What We Are Looking For Previous Quality Control experience within Food Manufacturing, Food Processing or Fresh Produce is highly desirable. Experience checking products on a fast-moving production or packing line. A good eye for detail and the ability to identify defects quickly. Good literacy and numeracy skills. Basic to good Microsoft Excel/computer skills. Accurate and confident when completing paperwork and quality records. Reliable, organised and able to work to deadlines.
