WHO WE ARE SEEKING The ideal candidate must be a genuine artisan and a proven leader with the following qualifications: · Custodianship of Tradition: Deep, demonstrable expertise in traditional, regional Mexican and Latin cooking methods and flavour profiles. · Proven Leadership: A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef. · Startup Expertise: Proven experience successfully opening a new restaurant, including kitchen setup, menu development, and team training. · Management Skills: Exceptional ability to manage kitchen operations, control food and labour costs, and maintain stringent health and safety standards. · The Visionary: A true passion for innovation within the framework of authenticity, inspiring a team to deliver excellence every single service.
