ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITY: SOUS CHEF (Second in Command) We are also recruiting a highly skilled and dedicated Sous Chef to work directly alongside our Head Chef. This role is perfect for a talented chef ready to support kitchen management and operation while specializing in traditional Mexican cooking. SOUS CHEF QUALIFICATIONS: • Culinary Expertise: Strong, demonstrable experience (3+ years) in a busy kitchen environment with specific expertise in preparing regional Mexican dishes and ingredients., • Operational Support: Ability to manage daily service, supervise junior chefs, and maintain order on the line in the Head Chef's absence., • Cost Control: Proven track record of managing inventory, minimizing waste, and assisting with food ordering., • Discipline: Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
