Responsibilities: • Calibration/validation of electrical/electronic test instruments and mechanical torque tools to maintain functionality and accuracy., • Both Keysight and non-Keysight products are serviced. Work is performed at a customer location., • Performing routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that may require use of judgment., • Solving a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity., • Understand customers’ requirements through face to face and written communication., • Travel to customer sites <35% performing calibrations (On-site). Qualifications: • Education and technical knowledge within sector and role, • Certifications as an electronic/electrical technician with relevant experience in calibration, • IT knowledge (Windows, Office), • Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken), • Confident at answering customer questions, • Ability to recognize and anticipate problems and search proactively for solutions, • Ability to work independently and proactive attitude, • Able to obtain UK security clearance, • Own car and valid driver’s license required.
