Role Overview • Resolve escalated IT issues across desktop, cloud, and infrastructure, • Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking environments, • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, • Collaborate with 1st and 3rd line teams, • 3+ years IT support experience (incl. 2nd line), • Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking, • Experience with Azure, ITSM tools, and remote support, • Strong problem-solving and communication skillsWhat’s Offered, • Exposure to latest cloud technologies, • Training and career development
