Please note that this role is based in Manchester , and our current hybrid working arrangement requires office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Summary of our role As a Group Account Director at Havas Lynx, you will be proven at establishing and nurturing effective, long-lasting client partnerships. You will ensure that our clients receive the highest individual attention, based on a thorough understanding of their business and personal drivers. Your strategic nous and critical thinking will mean that you can readily identify opportunities within your existing accounts and beyond resulting in exceptional creative campaigns with demonstrable impact. As a natural leader, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver an efficient, effective and profitable service; whilst creating space for their personal growth and development What you can expect to be doing: • As a key client partner, you will be responsible for building effective, long-lasting relationships. Leading your accounts to position Havas Lynx as the client’s strategic partner as well as using your well-established network to develop broader business opportunities, • Maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s business and the industry in which they operate, equipping the wider Client Services Team with this knowledge, • Utilise your knowledge and draw on your experience to foresee and solve problems proactively - appreciating when it is appropriate escalate matters to the Client Services Director (CSD), • As a key client partner, you will be responsible for building effective, long-lasting relationships. Leading your accounts to position Havas Lynx as the client’s strategic partner as well as using your well-established network to develop broader business opportunities, • Maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s business and the industry in which they operate, equipping the wider Client Services Team with this knowledge, • Utilise your knowledge and draw on your experience to foresee and solve problems proactively - appreciating when it is appropriate escalate matters to the Client Services Director (CSD), • Empower the team, delegating clearly and effectively whilst maintaining overall responsibility for the work that they produce, • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Havas Lynx credentials and be able to confidently explain the agency's portfolio of services to clients to grow accounts and bring in new business, • Develop your team’s capability in all areas of customer service and account management, encouraging best practice across creative, production, client services and financial management This role could be a great fit for you if: • You are an experienced Group Account Director with significant Healthcare/pharmaceutical experience in a creative agency.
