Elevation Recruitment - Marketing are excited to be once again partnering with an innovative manufacturing company based in Leeds. General overview: • To provide hands-on support to the Marketing team in the delivery of marketing communications, campaigns, and events. This entry-level role is designed to build core skills across the marketing mix, offering opportunities to progress as experience, competence, and responsibility grow. You will also be expected to: • Support the Marketing team in day-to-day tasks., • Assist with the creation, coordination, and delivery of marketing content and campaigns., • Develop foundational knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels., • Occasional travel to exhibitions, events, or training may be required., • Post reports to the Marketing Manager, • No direct reports. Responsibilities: • Campaign Management: Plan, deliver, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Manage timelines, content, and stakeholder communication to ensure effective execution, • Content Development: Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing materials — including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and digital assets — ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging., • Digital Marketing: Manage website content, SEO updates, and social media presence, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to monitor performance and inform future strategy., • Email Marketing: Develop and segment targeted email marketing campaigns, implementing A/B testing and performance tracking to optimise open and click-through rates., • Market Intelligence: Conduct and analyse market research to identify opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and support the development of strategic marketing initiatives., • Events & Exhibitions: Take the lead in planning, coordinating, and delivering company participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events — from concept to execution — ensuring measurable outcomes., • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to ensure alignment of marketing activities with commercial goals., • Reporting & Analysis: Produce campaign performance reports and insights for the Marketing Manager, identifying trends and recommending improvements., • Database & Online Management: Maintain and optimise business listings, product information, and content across external platforms, directories, and partner websites to enhance visibility and engagement. Core Competencies • Degree in a marketing related field such as marketing, design or film production or relevant experience, • Knowledge of social media channels, • Experience of working within an office environment
