Participate in departmental meetings, peer reviews, and quality improvement initiatives. Supervise and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows (in academic settings). Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery residency program. Fellowship training in a subspecialty (e.g., sports medicine, spine surgery, trauma) is preferred but not mandatory. Skills & Competencies: Strong surgical skills and precision.
