Role Purpose Working as part of our Commercial Planning team, this pivotal role focuses exclusively on our Quick & Easy Meals category. You will be responsible for setting and leading the implementation of the commercial plan for the category-driving growth, shaping our revenue agenda, and delivering against profit targets through a robust Pricing & Promotions strategy. You'll help ensure our brands operate effectively and consistently deliver retail sales and share growth each quarter, collaborating cross-functionally to bring commercial plans to life. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence future strategy and drive meaningful change within the category. What you'll be doing • Strengthening pre- and post-promotion evaluation to improve forecast accuracy, trade spend efficiency and ROI., • Presenting Pricing & Promotion strategies to the Executive Leadership Team., • Building and maintaining an 18-month rolling commercial plan to deliver sales and market share growth targets., • Setting promotional guidelines and approving promotional activity within agreed commercial parameters., • Partnering with Sales teams to support effective trade planning., • Supporting Commercial Planning (Innovation) through setting NPD sales targets and creating compelling selling stories., • Monitoring sales performance, forecasts and NPD execution to drive course-correction where needed., • Minimum 2 years' sales experience with a top 4 major mult or minimum 2 years in an RGM function with a track record of delivering targets., • Strong business and financial analysis skills, with the ability to understand cross-functional processes., • Effective influencing and project leadership skills., • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying and presenting financial solutions to diverse audiences., • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint., • Strong modelling ability to assess business impacts., • Competitive salary, • Car Allowance, • Bonus, • Private Medical, • Up to 7.5% pension, • Life assurance, • Wide range of online and in-house training
