Warehouse Operative - Immediate Start - 3 Months (possible Contract to Perm) \n Mon - Fri (37.5 hours) \n We're delighted to be working on a retained basis with a fast-growing ecommerce business that has more than doubled its sales in the last 2 years! \n They have beautifully crafted products, manufactured on site, and the company ethos is that of creativity, support and growth (to each other and to their customers/community). \n Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be working as part of a team keeping the orders flowing out to customers and operating the counter-balance forklift. They have recently moved to new premises and are entering an exciting phase of growth, so looking for a dynamic, multi-talented person to work across the breadth of the business. \n Some of what you'll be doing will include: \n Order Fulfilment \n\n • Preparing pick and pack sheets for daily order fulfilment\n, • Picking items from stock and packing them ready for despatch\n, • Printing shipping labels with our postal providers.\n\n Warehouse Duties \n\n • Manually receiving deliveries and ensuring correct quantities have been delivered\n, • Ensuring received items are put away in correct locations\n, • Ensuring Warehouse is kept clean and tidy, ensuring all waste is disposed of correctly\n\n Product Finishing \n\n • Creating and measuring the correct amount of product into relevant containers\n, • Packing completed products into relevant boxes for storage and use in dispatch\n, • Quality control checks on finished products and packaging\n\n We think you'll be great at this if you have: \n\n • Experience with order fulfilment, warehouse or dispatch\n, • A good eye for detail and are inherently organised\n, • The ability to stay calm under pressure and enjoy juggling multiple tasks\n, • A friendly, professional communication (both verbally and in writing)\n\n Due to the nature of the role, the position is based on site at their new facility in Luton.
