Location: Kingswood / Redhill Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Building Services Engineer looking to work within a stable, well-resourced facilities management environment with outstanding onsite benefits and a supportive technical team. The Role As a Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across critical building services, ensuring maximum uptime and customer satisfaction. The role sits within the clients Critical & Technical Services function and offers clear development pathways, including progression to Authorised Person (AP) status. You’ll be working alongside a Supervisor, two shift electricians, one fabric engineer, and one day engineer, operating as part of a close-knit and experienced team. Key Responsibilities Act as a Building Services Engineer supporting day-to-day critical M&E operations Qualify as an Authorised Person (AP) within 6 months of onboarding Complete Critical Services PPMs and condition assessments on plant and equipment Maintain accurate records of completed and outstanding works using in-house systems Ensure compliance with all company, client, health, safety, and security procedures Communicate effectively with the client and management team Participate in ongoing critical services training programmes Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Building Services Engineer within building services or facilities management City & Guilds or HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical and electrical services Knowledge of business-critical systems (UPS, generators, comms rooms) Ability to operate BMS systems What’s on Offer Free onsite parking Restaurant on site Free access to onsite gym Long-term, secure contract with a globally recognised FM provider
