You will be responsible for customer, supply chain and product quality, as well as organisational compliance, governance and assurance. You will be lead a diverse team of experts in these domains based in our Bristol, Cambridge (UK) and Hsinchu (Taiwan) offices. The Role • Lead all aspects of supplier quality management (including audits, quality assessments; QBR’s; problem solving), • Lead all aspects of product quality management (including reliability assessment and measurement etc), • Lead all aspects of customer quality management (including QBR’s; manage returns triage; 8D problem solving), • Ensure internal quality processes are fit for purpose for Graphcore and setup to support growth in the business, • Accountable for providing insight and assurance to Graphcore leadership across our Quality, Security/Privacy, Health & Safety and Business Continuity domains, • Establish strong partnerships with all engineering functions across the development programs, • Grow and mentor the Quality team in the UK and Asia, • Very experienced with semiconductor industry and hyperscaler customer Quality needs, • Experience leading a team in a complex deep tech development environment, • Systematic approach to operations and problem solving, • Have a strong coaching function to further develop rigorous problem-solving capabilities, • First class communicator at all levels of the business, • Highly developed ability to build relationships and lead with integrity
