Key Responsibilities: • Source and evaluate suppliers of timber, fittings, and other materials for furniture production., • Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency and material quality., • Plan and manage purchasing activities in line with production and inventory needs., • Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and material costs to support budgeting and cost control., • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and proper storage of materials., • Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure all materials meet quality and environmental standards. Requirements: • Proven experience in purchasing or supply chain management, ideally within the furniture or related manufacturing sector., • Strong negotiation, organisational, and analytical skills., • Familiarity with international sourcing and supplier management.
