Financial Management - To strictly adhere to the department’s operational budget and ensure that all costs are controlled and expenditures approved. - To be able to conduct and supervise all cashiering and reporting procedures. - Presentation and correct posting of checks at the end of each meal period - Maintain bar control systems in order to meet or exceed food and beverage margins. - Control costs without compromising standards or the customer experience.
