We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. \n Skills and Competencies \n\n • Proven experience leading demand generation, ABM, and field marketing across multi‐regional insurance markets with complex enterprise sales cycles\nStrong ability to turn segment and campaign strategy into focused, account‐based programs that drive pipeline growthStrategic planner with experience balancing digital channels and physical events across the full buying journeyDeep expertise in ABM, including account prioritisation, multi‐channel engagement, intent‐driven targeting, and sales alignmentExperience shaping regional insurance event strategies in collaboration with stakeholders, SMEs, and central events teamsStrong people leader with a track record of building high‐performing teams and driving operational excellenceConfident executive communicator with strong cross‐functional partnering skills across Sales, SDRs, Marketing Ops, Digital, Content, Campaigns, and Product MarketingData‐driven marketer, using demand generation and ABM KPIs to optimise performance and business impactHands‐on experience with account intelligence, intent data, and modern ABM technologiesPractical experience applying AI to improve targeting, streamline workflows, and increase marketing effectivenessCurious, forward‐thinking mindset with a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use\n Education \n\n • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred\n\n Responsibilities \n This role leads global demand generation, ABM, and field marketing for Moody's Insurance segment. \n\n • Own the Insurance demand generation and field marketing strategy to drive growth, engagement, and pipeline\nTranslate segment strategy into integrated demand generation, ABM, and field marketing plansDefine and evolve ICPs, buyer personas, and buying group frameworksDeliver an ABM‐led strategy to achieve MQL, pipeline, and new business targetsPartner closely with senior Insurance sales leaders on account plans, acquisition, and expansionLead regional field marketing and ABM teams across the Americas, Europe, and Africa; consult with APACOversee DG and ABM execution and optimisation across platforms such as MarketoShape and coordinate the regional Insurance event strategyPartner with SDR and Sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion, and deal outcomesMonitor and optimise campaign, ABM, event, and intent‐driven performanceChampion the use of AI to accelerate execution and improve team effectiveness\n About the Team \n The Moody's Marketing team drives global demand generation, account‐based engagement, brand awareness, and go‐to‐market strategy.
