Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and organised Executive Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to senior stakeholders (Chief Financial Officer) while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our Staines-upon-Thames office and associated property locations. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities, and acting as a trusted point of coordination between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Applicants must be based locally in or around Staines-upon-Thames and have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders (CFO), including diary management, meeting coordination, and preparation of agendas, packs, and minutes., • Manage correspondence on behalf of executives, ensuring timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders., • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets to support decision-making and business operations., • Maintain accurate and well-organised digital and physical records, documentation, and confidential information., • Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and well-organised working environment., • Coordinate office logistics including equipment, supplies, access arrangements, and onsite support., • Act as a point of contact for tenant and property-related queries across multiple locations., • Assist with coordinating maintenance requests, contractor visits, safety checks, and inspections., • Support compliance documentation, including leases, certifications, and property records., • Assist with rent tracking, invoicing, and monitoring of property-related budgets and expenses.
