We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Packer to join our client based in Letchworth Garden City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing orders for shipment by packing and labelling products accurately while ensuring safety and efficiency in the warehouse environment. Duties: Accurately pack products into boxes or containers according to established guidelines. Sort and organize products for efficient packing and shipping. Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards. Use packing materials and equipment (such as tape guns and shrink wrap) effectively. Label packages clearly and accurately before shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed. Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure timely order fulfilment. Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Basic math skills and familiarity with measurements. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary. Strong communication and teamwork skills. 40h per week+ overtimes
