About CRE8 CRE8 is a specialist post-16 Creative Media College delivering the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Creative Media Practice. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Creative Media & Digital Marketing Assistant / Tutor to support both the growth of CRE8 and the development of our learners. Role Overview This is a varied role combining digital marketing, content creation, learner support, and teaching assistance. The successful candidate will help promote CRE8 through engaging digital content and marketing campaigns while also supporting learners and tutors within our Stevenage campus. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Content Creation • Support the planning and delivery of CRE8 marketing campaigns., • Create content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube., • Capture and edit photography and video content., • Design graphics and promotional materials using platforms such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud., • Assist with website updates and digital communications., • Schedule and publish content across digital channels., • Monitor engagement and provide basic performance reporting., • Support student recruitment campaigns, events and open evenings. Creative Media Support • Assist learners during practical creative media sessions., • Support projects involving photography, video production, graphic design and digital content creation., • Help prepare resources, equipment and learning materials., • Provide technical support using industry-standard software and creative tools., • Encourage learner participation and engagement. Teaching Assistant / Tutor Support • Work alongside tutors to support learners in lessons and workshops., • Provide individual and small-group support where required., • Assist with classroom management and learner progress., • Support learners in developing professional and employability skills., • Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment., • Contribute to learner reviews, tutorials and enrichment activities Essential Skills & Experience • Passion for creative media, content creation and digital marketing., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Experience using social media platforms professionally or personally., • Basic skills in photography, video editing, graphic design or digital content creation., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Organised and reliable with good attention to detail., • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
