We are seeking a part-time or full-time chef who can • make and plate our complex crepes (an esthetic eye is crucial; prior experience making crepes is not required for a candidate with several years of professional chef experience, but would be a significant plus), • make other dishes - omelettes, salads, etc and potentially expand into a broader French evening menu, • interact with guests, • maintain the highest hygiene and health and safety standards Prior experience making crepes or native/fully fluent French would significantly differentiate you as a candidate. Compensation will include significant allocation of tronc in addition to the hourly rate (an additional £2-4 per hour on average) We are a small place with an open kitchen so an ability to interact with guests and multi-tasking are essential, so is the ability to work in a small team.
