Prior experience making crepes or native/fully fluent French would significantly differentiate you as a candidate.
Compensation will include significant allocation of tronc in addition to the hourly rate (an additional £2-4 per hour on average)
We are a small place with an open kitchen so an ability to interact with guests and multi-tasking are essential, so is the ability to work in a small team. For the right person this would be an opportunity to significantly influence the place and how it develops (e.g. into dinner service).
In an ideal world you’ll be great at making beautiful and tasty crepes AND excellent barista-level coffee, but that’s not a requirement as that is only needed for a couple of less busy shifts.
