As a Registered Manager you will make sure that the home environment can support this by ensuring both your staff and the young people feel secure, safe and motivated. By managing the day to day operations in the home and taking ownership of Ofsted requirements you enable our young people to get their childhood back and create pathways to become well rounded adults – an incredibly rewarding role to have. You will actively be involved with new referrals and be safe in the knowledge that you will be providing a home in the UKs leading provider of specialist education and care.
