📌 Key Account Manager – 12 Month Contract 📍 Field Based – Castleford, UK (occasional office visits) We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract, leading strategic partnerships with some of the UK’s top national retailers. This is a field-based position, with travel to our Ridings Point office in Castleford a couple of times per month for sales and marketing meetings. 🔑 What You’ll Be Doing Strategic Account Leadership • Own and grow relationships with major grocery, high street, and discount retail customers, • Act as senior escalation point for customer opportunities and issues, • Lead execution of JBPs, CPIs, and commercial agreements, • Own annual sales targets and drive revenue growth across account portfolio, • Manage forecasting, budgets, and overall commercial performance, • Negotiate trade terms to deliver mutual value and long-term success, • Lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers, • Partner with marketing, trade marketing, customer solutions and OTC leadership, • Track competitor trends and market shifts to identify new opportunities, • Promote innovation and continuous improvement in account strategies 🌟 What You Will Bring • Significant experience in senior National Account Management within FMCG or OTC, • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation excellence, • Proven success executing JBPs and managing major UK retail accounts, • Leadership capabilities with a track record of team coaching and development, • Ability to build strong relationships with senior internal/external stakeholders, • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills, • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-moving environment 💼 Why Join Us?
