Verallia is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our Customer Service team and play a pivotal role in strengthening customer relationships across the UK and Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a trusted partner to our clients, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to our sustainability and innovation goals. What You’ll Do Build strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders through regular site visits and proactive engagement. Act as a technical ambassador at customer sites, supporting supply continuity and identifying opportunities for decarbonisation, cost savings, and process optimisation. Lead on-site assessments and line audits to ensure product and packaging alignment, quality assurance, and operational efficiency. Support New Product Development by managing trials, gathering feedback, and driving improvements across glass, decoration, and packaging. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to maintain supply chain visibility and continuity. Take ownership of the customer claims process, conducting investigations and coordinating resolution plans. Monitor competitor activity and share insights to inform strategic decisions. Champion health & safety and ensure compliance with company procedures at all times.
