🔹 E-commerce & Paid Media Manager Location: Notting Hill, London (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH) Salary: £40,000–£45,000 Start Date: ASAP Reports to: Founder & CEO Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are looking for a highly organised, analytical and hands-on E-commerce & Paid Media Manager to join Hayley Menzies at a pivotal time of growth. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a small brand or startup environment who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and taking ownership. You’ll manage all aspects of performance marketing and e-commerce operations: from Meta and Google Ads to Klaviyo flows, email strategy, Shopify uploads, and CRO analytics. You’ll also lead a small, dynamic team including our copywriter, customer care & digital assistant, and brand & social executive. This role will be critical in driving digital revenue, increasing conversion, and executing seasonal launches across our owned and partner platforms. Key Responsibilities • Lead and optimise Meta and Google Ads (ROAS, CAC, list growth), • Build and evolve Klaviyo flows, campaigns, and segmentation strategy, • Manage the end-to-end launch of products across Shopify and partner sites, • Brief and collaborate with our web developer to implement CRO enhancements, • Use GA4, Shopify, and Elevar to analyse and act on performance data, • Work closely with the Founder to ensure product launches align with commercial goals, • Own the critical path and timelines for digital launches, • Report on KPIs weekly and contribute to trade and marketing meetings Manage Small Team . Copywriter – coordinate product and campaign copy • Customer Care & Digital Assistant – oversee e-com tasks and support, • Brand & Social Executive – ensure cohesive messaging across platforms Requirements • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or performance marketing, • Proven track record managing paid campaigns across Meta & Google, • Strong knowledge of Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4, and basic CRO principles, • Experience working in or with small brands or start-ups, • Analytical and commercially minded with strong attention to detail, • Confident managing timelines, people and multiple moving parts, • Strong communication and leadership skills, • A love of fashion and understanding of the DTC retail landscape is a plus Why Join Us? • £40–45k salary, • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, • Company phone and MacBook, • Clothing allowance each season, • Access to exclusive staff discount and buy-in on collection pieces, • Work from our vibrant Notting Hill HQ, 1 day remote per week, • Join a close-knit, creative and driven team during an exciting growth phase About Hayley Menzies Hayley Menzies is a London-based fashion brand rooted in the spirit of Portobello — eclectic, bold, and timeless.
