As part of the global NIBE Element Group, we design and produce both standard and bespoke heating products for a wide range of industries including process, food & beverage, and chemical sectors.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nWe are seeking a results-driven Industrial Sales Representative to grow and manage sales of industrial products and solutions, across the UK with exposure to EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contracts and tenders.\n\nThe role involves developing strong customer relationships, supporting EPC opportunities, and contributing to tender and project activity from enquiry through to order placement, while ensuring the company is appropriately positioned and registered with key EPC clients.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSales & Business Development:\n\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers, EPC contractors, and project stakeholders\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial and project-based markets\nManage the sales cycle from enquiry through quotation, negotiation, and order closure\nSupport achievement of agreed sales targets and KPIs\nMonitor market trends and customer requirementsEPC Contracts, Tenders & Registration:\n\nSupport management of EPC-related enquiries, tenders, and bid submissions\nAssist with reviewing tender documentation, technical specifications, and commercial requirements\nCoordinate internal inputs to ensure accurate and timely tender responses\nContribute to the preparation of technical and commercial proposals\nAssist with the registration and prequalification of the company with EPC clients, including maintaining supplier portals, documentation, and basic compliance requirements\nMaintain awareness of key EPC customers' procurement and registration processesTechnical & Customer Support:\n\nAttend customer sites, meetings, and project discussions as required\nLiaise with engineering and operations teams to ensure feasibility and smooth handoverAdministration & Reporting:\n\nMaintain accurate CRM records, opportunity tracking, and tender status updates\nProvide regular activity and opportunity reporting to managementAbout you:\n\nSkills & Experience:\n\nEssential:\n\nExperience in industrial/technical B2B sales\nExposure to tenders, project sales, or contractor/EPC environments\nStrong organisational and communication skills\nAbility to understand technical products and documentation\nProactive, self-motivated, and commercially aware\nFull UK driving licenceDesirable:\n\nConsultative End User sales experience\nExperience dealing with EPCs or large project contractors\nFamiliarity with supplier registration or prequalification portals\nEngineering or technical background\nCRM or tender management system experience\nExperience in the process heating industryPersonal Attributes:\n\nProfessional and reliable when dealing with customers and contractors\nDetail-conscious but commercially focused\nComfortable working independently and with cross-functional teamsBenefits:\n\nCompetitive salary (dependent on experience)\nCommission / bonus scheme\nCompany car or car allowance\nPension scheme\nTraining and development opportunities\nLife AssurancePlease Note:\n\nNo agencies.\n\nPlease click the APPLY button to send your CV and Cover Letter for this role.\n\nCandidates with the relevant experience or job titles of: Industrial Sales Representative, Industrial Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Technical Sales Manager, B2B Sales Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer Manager, Project Sales Manager may also be considered for this role
