My client is a rapidly expanding business based in Warwick, and they currently have an exciting requirement for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on initially a 6 month FTC, with the possibility of it becoming permanent. \n Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for raising sales invoices, cash postings, bank reconciliation, and purchase ledger. This role is suited to an experienced manufacturing finance professional who can deliver accurate financial reporting while supporting operational performance. You will lead the month-end process, produce management accounts, and oversee cost accounting, inventory reporting, and manufacturing performance analysis. Working closely with operational teams, you will identify cost-saving opportunities, drive process improvements, and provide financial insight to support decision-making. The role also includes responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditure analysis, and financial oversight of the property portfolio.
