Fire & Security Business Development Manager\n Location: South & Central London / Surrey\n Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE + package\n Company car / allowance included\n\nA well-established and highly respected Fire & Security systems provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support continued growth across South & Central London and Surrey.\n\nThis is a key role combining management of existing client relationships with the ability to open new doors and win business across the Fire & Security sector.\n\nRole Overview\n\nThe successful candidate will take ownership of a defined territory, inheriting an existing client base while actively developing new business opportunities. Working closely with internal technical and operational teams, you will provide compliant, value-driven Fire & Security solutions to a diverse client portfolio.\n\nThis role suits a commercially astute individual who is comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on within a competitive London market.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage and develop an existing portfolio of Fire & Security clients\n\nIdentify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities\n\nBuild strong relationships with:\n\nEnd users\n\nFacilities Management companies\n\nM&E contractors\n\nConsultants and specifiers\n\nPromote Fire & Security solutions including:\n\nFire Detection & Alarm Systems\n\nCCTV\n\nAccess Control\n\nIntruder Alarm Systems\n\nIntegrated Fire & Security solutions\n\nConduct client meetings, site visits, and surveys\n\nPrepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders\n\nWork closely with project delivery teams to ensure smooth handover\n\nMaintain CRM data, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting\n\nStay informed on industry standards, regulations, and market trends\n\nCandidate Profile\n\nProven experience in Fire & Security business development or sales\n\nStrong technical understanding of Fire and/or Electronic Security systems\n\nExperience managing existing accounts as well as generating new business\n\nEstablished contacts within South & Central London / Surrey advantageous\n\nConfident communicator with strong negotiation skills\n\nSelf-motivated, organised, and results-driven\n\nYOU MAY BE A; Junior Fire & Security Engineer, Trainee Fire & Security Engineer, Fire Alarm Engineer, Security Engineer, Service Engineer, Installation Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Apprentice Engineer\n\nINDAV
