Family Law Solicitor Location: Windsor Salary:£45-50K plus excellent benefits package The Opportunity Our client is a well-established law firm with a strong reputation for delivering trusted advice across both commercial and private client matters. They are looking to appoint a commercially minded Family Law Solicitor who can work effectively in a stand-alone fee-earning role whilst also helping to build and develop the department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor who is ready to take ownership of a varied private family law caseload, managing matters from initial instruction through to resolution. You will be supported by a legal secretary/paralegal and will report directly to the Head of Family Law. Key Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need: • A minimum of 2 years PQE in Private Family Law, • A strong track record across a broad range of private family matters, • The confidence and capability to represent clients in court, • Excellent client care, communication, and relationship-building skills, • The ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team, • Sound IT and case management systems experience, • A proactive, detail-focused, and approachable working style The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of private family law matters, including: • Divorce, • Financial disputes, • Children matters, • Separation agreements, • Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, • Care proceedings, • Preparing cases thoroughly and representing clients at hearings and in court, • Managing files from instruction through to conclusion with a high level of professionalism, • Maintaining strong standards of risk management and compliance, • Delivering consistently high standards of client care, • Promoting the firms values and contributing to its strong local reputation, • Attractive company pension scheme, • Discretionary bonus scheme, • Hybrid working options available, • Financial support for professional development opportunities JBRP1_UKTJ
