Role Overview: You will be calling warm leads (opted-in individuals who have previously expressed interest in solar) to book virtual appointments. These appointments will be handed over to our closers who will run through proposals and close the deals. Commission Structure: £10 per successful virtual appointment booked £20 per appointment after 3 are booked in a week £30 per appointment after 6+ are booked in a week This is a performance-based, commission-only role – ideal for someone self-driven with a strong phone manner and ability to handle high volumes of outbound calls.
